4. Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists on Psychizen must:

• Be qualified, certified, or licensed professionals

• Provide services ethically and professionally

• Maintain confidentiality and client trust

• Update availability and manage bookings responsibly

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Options: We support Razorpay, PhonePe, and other secure gateways.

• Subscription Plans & One-Time Payments: You may choose your preferred billing model.

• Refunds: Refunds are only issued under specific conditions (e.g., therapist cancellation, technical failure). Please review our [Refund Policy].

• Therapist Earnings: Therapists can track and withdraw earnings as per platform policies.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

7. Session Policies

• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

• No-shows or late arrivals may be charged or not refunded.

• Therapists may reschedule with prior notice if needed.

• Emergency services are not provided by Psychizen. In case of crisis, contact local emergency services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Psychizen including logos, text, graphics, audio, video, and software are the intellectual property of Psychizen and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities

• Upload or transmit harmful or malicious content

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt platform operations

• Harass or abuse therapists or other users

• Misrepresent your identity or credentials

Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or are misusing the platform.

11. Disclaimers

• Psychizen is not a substitute for emergency care.

• We do not guarantee outcomes from therapy sessions. Each user's experience may vary.

• While we verify therapists, we are not liable for advice or actions taken during or after sessions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psychizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the services

• Therapist conduct or session outcomes
